These changes will make the bidding process more transparent and will simplify the handling of payments. Buyers and sellers will now be able to send and receive payments in their preferred currencies.

If you do not agree with the changes to the Terms and Conditions, you are welcome to cancel your user account with Sedo. To make this request, simply reply to this email, stating your login name.
In accordance with the terms of the former Terms and Conditions, these revised changes will be considered as accepted if you have not objected within 4 weeks. In the case of an appeal, Sedo is entitled to terminate the contractual relationship.
