MySQL optimizasyon

AMD 5600+ 64bit X2 işlemci 4gb ram li bir sunucum var üzerinde Centos 4.6 kurulu panel olarak cpanel var. tuning-primer ile aşağıdaki çıktıyı aldım. onun altınada my.cnf dosyamı yapıştırıyorum. Optimizasyona gerek var mı? Var ise kaynak kullanımını düşürmek için neler yapabilirim önerilerinizi bekliyorum.
