Sunucu nasıl olmalı?

Arkadaşlar deneme amaçlı sunucu kurmak istiyorum
Şu an bilgisayarımda UBuntu kurulu.
Nerden başlamalıyım ?
Neyi önerirsiniz?

PC: özellikleri
2.80 Ghz Core 2 Duo
2GB RAM
250 GB HDD
1GB VGA

Sunucu olarak kullanacaksan ekran kartının bi fonksiyonu bulunmuyor, deneme yapacaksan sunucu oldukça iyi ayriyeten sorayim adsl hattıyla mı yapmayı düşünüyorsun?

Servisleri kurarak başlayın. Dns, Web, Email, Ftp...

Hattınız iyi ise normalin bir altı kalitede sunucu oluşturabilirsiniz.

( Sunucular için özel Türk Telekom hattıyla kıyaslıyorum. )

Arkadaşlar ben Bakü`de oturuyorum.
Evet ADSL hattıyla yapmayı düşünüyorum.
Şu an 1Mbit Uploat 3MBit download hızındayım.

makinaya format çekicem ne yazmamı önerirsiniz?

sunucuda kullanacağın hız 1mbit olan upload hızı denemek için kullanabilirsin ayrıca ne yazmamı önerirsiniz derken neyi yazacaksın anlamadım orayı.

Bakü uzak kalabilir, lakin olamaz diye birşey yok, static ip'niz varsa yapabilirsiniz.

Yazma konusunda ise, hangi işletim sistemini kullanayım sorusu olarak algılıyorum.

Akşamdan CentOS 5 indirmiştim. Bİlgisayara format çekicem.

Bir de saat 15`ten beri Plesk kurulumu gidiyor
Ve hala bitmedi.
Bitince ne yazicak ekrana ?

Plesk 15 dakikada kurulur normalde, bitince drweb antivirüs falan yazar

Ben full kurdum 816 MB`ti sanirim.
Kac saattir bekliyorum ama hala kurulum devam ediyor

cpanel trial kur bence 45 günlük

Full değil, autoinstaller paketini kurmanız gerekiyor.
