Filistin Devlet Başkanı Mahmud Abbas, 14-15 Ağustos tarihlerinde Ankara’da olacak. Daha önce iki kez Meclis Genel Kurulu’na hitap eden Abbas, perşembe günü Meclis Genel Kurulu’na hitap edecek. Bu kez hitabı ‘Filistin Devlet Başkanı’ unvanı ile olacak.
