I tried to offer an option to help boost revenu to help with refunds. Instead of
helping out and doing some promotion offers, instead members just hit the refund
and dispute buttons, I am guessing. I am willing to do as much as possible on my
end, but help from members is nil. Just over the weekend, our affiliate account
is a mear 26.60. That is pathetic. I guess this program will not be able to make
up for the funds lost in SP and PP. All SP and PP member upgrades cant be paid.
Those accounts will be deleted in the next few days. As we send PayPal a list of
paid upgrades and a list of upgrades to be refunded. We have members disputing
paid upgrades. PayPal has been accepting our emails and will make sure that the
proper refunds are made. I will not tolerate this. I have been fair and honest,
but a lot of members are not. Do not do this, your PayPal accounts are too in
hot water just for purchasing from DROI, so PayPal tells us. They are
investigating all accounts used to purchase from us. They say it is procedure at
this point since we are getting so many disputes.
All PayPal and StormPay upgrades CAN NOT BE PAID due to the status of our
accounts. We did not anticipate the closers of these accounts so we did not
withdraw any funds. So we do not have your money, PayPal and StormPay do. We
cannot honor refunds from these upgrades to any other processor. Any requests
are read and cataloged, but no action can be taken.
We appologixe for the actions of PayPAl and StormPay, but cannot take
responsibility for anything out of our control. This is clearly stated in our
TOS.
