Thank you for taking time to email us regarding the commission charged by
the bank in Turkey for your AdSense payments. Currently, local currency
checks are available to publishers in Turkey. Receiving your checks in
local currency may decrease the commission cost from Turkish banks.
Unfortunately, we do not yet offer EFT for Turkey. We currently offer
payments via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) as a beta feature to the
countries listed here:

To sign up for payments via local currency checks, all you need to do is
follow these steps:
1. Log into your account at
https://www.google.com/adsense
2. Click on the 'My Account' tab
3. On the 'Account Settings' page, under the 'Payment Details' section,
click 'Edit'.
4. Choose the type of payment you would prefer and click 'Continue'.
If you choose payments via check, you will be prompted to either select
your local currency or USD checks.
We ask that you only update your form of payment between the 1st and 15th
of any month. If you update your form of payment after the 15th of the
month, we cannot guarantee that you will receive payments in the manner
you have chosen.
Please be aware that we're only able to offer EFT and local currency
checks to publishers in specific countries. If a radio button for EFT or
multi-currency checks does not appear within your account, then these
payment methods are unavailable for your country.
