Setup Guide for Online Merchants
1.0 Registration
1.1 Visit
www.moneybookers.com to open a ‘Company Account’. Please ensure that
the company name provided is the same as that which your bank account is
under.
1.2 If you wish to have Moneybookers accounts in more than one currency, then an
account can be opened in each required currency. Please note that additional
fees apply – see Multi-Currency Setup document for further information.
1.3 Currencies available are : EUR, GBP, USD, AUD, CAD, CZK, DKK, NOK, SGD,
SKK, HKD, HUF, ILS, INR, JPY, MYR, NZD, SEK, CHF, TWD, BGN, XCD, NTD,
PLN, ISK, KRW, LVL, ZAR & THB.
1.4 Each email address that you register with Moneybookers must be verified. During
the registration process you will be sent an email containing a verification code
which must be entered online in the space provided.
2.0 Merchant Status
Once your account(s) is open, we require that you gain Merchant Status so that you
have no transaction limits on your Moneybookers account. To do this you must send
us a copy of:
· A photo ID of a company officer (e.g. passport). This should be the ID of the
person registered on your Moneybookers account.
· An official company document (e.g. Certificate of Incorporation)
· Proof of address (e.g. Bank account statement)
· Statement detailing the share ownership of the company
· Signed Merchant Agreement which will be sent you by one of our Merchant
Service Staff
